If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and a description (photos help) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return — please get in touch before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
